Hardox® 450 ABRASION RESISTANT STEEL PLATE HARDOX 450 & 500TUF

HARDOX 450 is an abrasion resistant plate with a hardness of 450 HBW, intended for applications where demands are imposed on abrasion resistance in combination with good cold bending properties. HARDOX 450 offers very good weldability.

SIDUR 450 & 500

SIDUR is a highly wear-resistant steel of extreme hardness, strength, and toughness. This makes it durable and suitable for use in the most difficult environments where there is a risk of abrasion caused by contact with hard minerals and other abrasive materials. SIDUR 450 heavy plates are produced in hardness range of 420-470 HB.

PROTAC 500-ARMORED STEEL PLATE

PROTAC 500 is a high-strength and high-hardness steel used for armour applications. These steel plates have excellent workshop properties regarding welding and bending due to the unique balance between high strength, elongation and impact toughness even at low operating temperatures. Armour components made of PROTAC 500 fulfil the requirements according to the STANAG 4569 AEP55, VPAM PM 2007 and other ballistic standards. Vehicles and structures made of this steel offer high level of protection against projectile penetration.

PERDUR 400 & 450 HBW

Perdur steels form ThyssenKrupp are wear resistant steels with excellent workability and exceptionally high toughness. Perdur stands for performance and durability particularly pronounced wear resistance. Hardness of 400 and 450 HBW.

DEEMEX

DEEMEX 110 HARD-FACING PLATE

Hard-faced or overlaid plate available includes chromium carbide grades with outstanding resistance to abrasion, erosion and low to average impact resistance at both ambient and elevated temperatures. In the majority of severe abrasion environments, the chromium carbide alloys are the most economical solution with Rockwell Hardness 60-64HR.

High-Performance Weathering Steel

With its anti-corrosive properties COR-TEN minimizes the need for maintenance and corrosion-prevention treatment, contributing significantly to low maintenance costs throughout the product lifecycle. In addition to low maintenance costs, the reduced need for corrosion prevention means less use of paint and solvents, making COR-TEN an environmental friendly choice of steel. Typical applications are structural components for buildings, transmission poles, bridges and many others.
